Shipping:

Christian Video Warehouse reserves the right to add additional shipping and handling charges to any invoice with or without additional notice to the customer for shipping situations outside the Christian Video Warehouse’s control.
Return Policy:
All sales that require merchandise to be shipped outside of the United States of America are final, and there will be no option to return the merchandise or to be refunded for the purchase. Any request for return of items that were shipped within the United States of America will be handled by a representative of Christian Video Warehouse. At the time of the request for return or refund, the representative will have the authority to approve or deny the request. Christian Video Warehouse does not in any way guarantee a refund of any payment that has been received.

By using the Site, you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of federal and state courts in Monroe County, New York regarding any and all disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Site.
